As I mentioned two posts back, last week I had another tachycardia. Instead of only a few seconds this one lasted 20 minutes and really scared me. I was driving, I stopped twice in parking lots to try to relax but I end up heading to a local clinic and requested a ECG. While I was waiting for the ECG I just sat and put my head between my knees, after a minute the tachycardia was gone and although with a very fast heart beat I was able to drive to work. The ECG wasn't done because, what I have, it's only detected during the tachycardia.
I wrote about this in the past, so this is not something new. I have a electrical problem in my heart that don't cause severe problems as heart attacks but causes a big discomfort and a general breakdown.
My heart continued at around 100 to 110 beats per minute for three days and now I started taking my anxiety pills and heart pills that regulate the heart beat. Again this is not something new. However yesterday a
neighbour told me I should be careful with this because I could have cardiovascular arterial problems in the future. She told me about
EDTA chelation therapy that I could do as a prevention to future problems. This therapy cleans all the cardiovascular system, allowing the blood to flow freely and removing an minerals or metals that can be in the bloodstream.
Having a tachycardia of 20 minutes it's really tough, what I felt was as if truck had drove against me. My entire body was and still is sored and tired. With
EDTA chelation therapy I could clean my body, and have a healthier cardiac system. I really got a big fright this time, and I really have to take care of me.
