Choose category: LIght Recipes and there you have delicious recipes that will keep you healthy and they won't mess your diet.

This week recipe is: Ricotta Raspberry Canapés.

Just to say...

Everybody is already sleeping and here I am with my back pain sitting in bed typing. We have been having a great weather and I should be happy for that but instead I've been feeling miserable. Why? Because I'm fed up with my bosses, my work. I need to change but no money to do so. Life can be so unfair, I mean, I have a job but I'm not happy with it so...it's not fair.
I guess I'll have to wait for better days...meanwhile I'll keep updating my daily life on my other blog: Laura's Daily Life.

Reverse Phone Lookup Service

I hate when I receive marketing calls from companies that offer trips, holidays and hotel reservation. They offer all that but in exchange we always have to attend meetings and product shows during those "holidays". Some time ago I had a company calling me at least twice a week offering me a week in Spain with hotel and flight paid. I knew it was a trick so after 3 weeks of contact calls I asked their phone number (I don't have a visor telephone), at first they refused to but they ended up giving it to me. With that number I was able to contact the secretary of the company's director and I demanded they removed me from their database.

For those with a visor telephone where you can see the number that is calling you, you can now check the owner of that number using the reverse lookup database that CallerBase.com has. This site can look up numbers from United States and Canada at no cost. Using the reverse lookup service you are able to find out what is the name, address, state and more information of the owner of the telephone number you want.

This service is very useful to find out who is harassing us but also to track missing calls and numbers that appear in our phone bill that we no longer remember to whom they belong. This service is free as long as the number we are searching for are not private and confidential.

No time for me

Time goes by and I have no time to do certain things I would like to. On Twitter I turned out into a passive reader instead of active writer, Facebook is almost abandoned, I barely open the site to check on friends and offer gifts. I really have no time and...I'm really tired of this.

Having a full time job is an excellent thing but 8 hours a day without even having time to pick up the kids at school is really tough. I'm emotionally and physically exhausted and I really need a break. I'm tired of my work, my bosses, my stressful life but what can I do...I need the job and my salary...I have to hold on.

Tesco Healthcare: family health

Take care of your family health.

Summer is Over

Summer is over, even for those leaving near the sea, no more sunbaths and baths in the sea. At home we have already dismounted the pool and the backyard is full of space again. Flowers are dying, the birds are not singing anymore and the bees are no longer going from one flower to another. Trees are becoming naked and the floor full of leaves. People no longer are looking for diet pills but instead they are buying Autumn and Winter clothes. Summer is definitely gone. Until next year.

Don't get lost with GPS devices

For those traveling a lot a GPS is an essential gadget. There are several models available on the market each one with its own characteristic. TomTom, Magellan or Garmin GPS are some of the brands available on the market. Most GPS's devices are built in with pre-loaded maps, Bluetooth and text to speech features. One thing is certain, you will never get lost with a GPS, at least it's that GPS makers say.

Contest: Win a trip to Atlanta with iCoke.ca

It is available on the market since 1886 so, canned or bottled, Coca-Cola® is a timeless drink. To celebrate the inventor of Coca-Cola, John Pemberton, iCoke.ca is running a contest. Win a trip with iCoke.ca as well as certificates from Best Buy and Cineplex Odeon. These are the prizes you might win if you join this contest.

In order to participate you just have to collect 500 Coke coins. Although it might seem difficult to achieve I can tell you that it's quite easy. Some specially-marked bottles of Coke (591ml) have PINs, one PIN is worth 1.000 iCoke coins, so if you find 1 PIN you can enter the contest twice but be aware that they are only available for a limited period of time.

Besides the limited 1 PIN = 1.000 coins opportunity, you can look for PINs under the cap of 591mL and 2L Coca-Cola® and Coke ZeroTM. Each of these PINs are worth 500 iCoke Coins, meaning, for each PIN you find you have the chance to enter the contest and win a trip to Atlanta for 4 people and also $1,000 in cash.

Are you a Canadian resident? Then, what are you waiting for? Buy Coca-Cola, ask family and friends to look for special products, collect coins and participate as many times as you wish.

RV it's great for spending our vacations

My SIL family just arrived from a 3 weeks' vacation on a RV. Overall they only have to pay for gas so a good vacation for them is quite easy to accomplish. The RV goes everywhere, they can stay where they want for how many days they want without having to pay for accommodation. So, we can say, who needs Orlando vacations or Orlando accommodation when we have a RV?
